For licenses purchased prior to 7 March 2016, technical support is free for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Many simple questions can be answered without charge, but at the discretion of Qdea Technical Support, there is a $60.00 charge for technical support incidents.

Send your question to the email address below. Please describe the problem in detail, as completely as possible. Screenshots (command-shift-4) are always helpful. If a charge will be incurred, you'll be sent an invoice for the technical support incident.
